This is the second boss on Cove's Coral Reef. This is the machine that scrapes of all the barnacles of the machinery that process or catch fish at the seafood processing plant located on the reefs. The octopus on its hull is Frank, the octopus. He's fallen in love with the machine because of its purple color. Frank will try to hurt anyone that hurts the Barnacle Scraper. The Barnacle Scraper is equipped with 2 chain saws, a huge, rotating scraper, and mobile treads. You battle it because its computer is malfunctioning and it's destroying everything.
